Maskell Podcasting Network

Mar 6, 2019

For the 300th episode of The Maskell Sessions, I record for nearly four hours in studio and discuss topics ranging from my love of podcasting, history of the show, my broadcasting experiences, evolution of skills and some of my future goals before moving on to more about the “Momo Challenge” including playing an alleged message from Momo, a Saskatchewan mother claiming her son was a victim, whether the challenge is real or a hoax and “Momo” makes a few appearances. Also on the show; I comment on Donald Trump signing an executive order regarding free speech in colleges, a lawmaker in Maryland using a racial slur to describe a county, Steven Spielberg proposing an Oscar nomination ban for Netflix films, a brawl at a buffet over crab legs, a man shooting himself in the penis and we take a look at some clips from the “renowned, award-winning” CHCH morning news anchor Bob Cowan. Marcone then calls in and we talk about reaching 300 episodes, free speech, e-books, entrepreneurship, disposing of Osama bin Laden’s body, living in Thailand, producing content, upcoming projects, the ability to work from wherever we want, taking chances and working towards financial freedom.
